    We work with local Broker Tenant Reps who will assist you with your site selection requirements such as co-tenant mix, key access points to your center, daytime population, etc. Your Broker Tenant Rep will work with you to do a full demographic study on all potential locations and assist you in presenting them to us for a final evaluation.

    We will help you negotiate your Letter of Intent with the landlord, we strongly recommend an attorney review your final lease prior to signing.

  • General Contractor and Build Out Process

     

    Every step of your build out process from design to finished restaurant has been simplified by utilizing one of our pre-approved General Contractors.

  • Training at Kaña Cuban Coffee University

     

    Training will begin at our corporate training center at our offices in Margate, FL and an additional 7 days in your store prior to and during your soft opening.
