Size – 400-1100 sq. ft. designed with familiar traditional Cuban classical style that is as pleasing to the senses as coffee is to the palate.
The Feel – The music product mix and design resonates well with anyone familiar with Hispanic Café culture and will be intriguing to those that are not. Lighting is bright and colorful during the day and softened during the evening hours. All stores will have walk up windows and outdoor seating whenever the location permits.
Menu comparisons of other top coffee companies reveal little or no difference between them; it is here where Kaña Cuban Coffee separates itself from the other major coffee chains by offering traditional and well known Hispanic espresso drinks in a hip contemporary “lounge” environment. Our signature espresso drink is the Café Mirna™ a variation of the traditional Cuban Cortado. Additional drinks will include Café Con Leche (espresso sweetened with sugar and milk). Cuban Coffee, and the Cafresco™. We will also feature Cuban breads and pastries that will be baked right in the store to create a “bakery sent” that mixes well with the heavy coffee sent. Beer, wine and fine cheeses will drive revenues in the later evening hours.
