ROBERT SPUCK
Chairman of the Board & Managing Member
Mr. Spuck is a franchise veteran with over 30 years of experience founding and developing franchise concepts. Over the years he has served as President and founder of various franchise concepts such as Rotelli Pizza & Pasta, Inc., a national restaurant franchise company serving and delivering Italian foods; Franchise Library and Marketing Company, Inc., a national franchise sales network and development company; and CruiseOne, Inc., a cruise only franchise company.
He has served as President of WineStyles since September 2002. Mr. Spuck also served as Vice-President, Franchise Development of Salad Creations from 2005 to 2009.
Since 2010, he has served as Chairman of the Board and Managing Member of Kaña Franchising, LLC. and Chairman of the Board and Managing Member of Awesome Brands, LLC. He has also served as Chairman of the Board and Managing Member of Awesome Distributors since February 2010. Mr. Spuck received a B.B.A. degree from the University of Miami; he is married with three children and two grandchildren.
ROBERT FLORIO
VP of Operations
Robert J. Florio has served as COO/Director of Awesome Brands, Awesome Distributors and Kaña Franchising since December 2010. He has also served as Chief Operations Officer for WineStyles since September 2005. From October 1997 to December 2004, Mr. Florio was Vice President of Manufacturing for Indian River Shutter Company, a Florida corporation. Mr. Florio’s franchising experience dates back to 1980 when he co-founded Window Works, a retailer of custom window coverings. Just prior to joining WineStyles, Mr. Florio was a Managing Director for Hunter Douglas Window Fashions, a world leader in the home fashions industry.
Director of Franchise DevelopmentKen Lewis has served as our Director of Franchise Development since December 2010. He has also serves as Director of Franchise Development for WineStyles since 2004. He also served as Director of Franchise Development for Salad Creations in Margate, Florida from 2005 through 2009.
Office Manager
As of December 2010, Ms. Holland serves as Office Manager of Awesome Brands, Awesome Distributors & Kaña Franchising . Since 2006, Ms. Holland has served in the accounting department for WineStyles and is also the Office Manager. Prior to WineStyles, she spent 12 years as Office Manager and Bookkeeper for a busy retail furniture store in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Her widely diversified experiences there ranged anywhere from accounting to customer service and website maintenance to the occasional furniture delivery. She also has a background in Computer Technology.
JULIE GSCHWEND
Director of Marketing
Ms. Gschwend comes to us with over twenty years experience in advertising and marketing in retail, direct selling and advertising agencies. She has also served as Director of Marketing for WineStyles, Senior Account Executive at J. Walter Thompson advertising agency and Director of Marketing at Joielle Fine Jewelry in Boca Raton, FL. She has been instrumental in launching several new companies and also worked for De La Cruz advertising agency in Miami and served as Marketing Communications Manager for Interim Healthcare with 350 franchisees. She also directed all advertising and marketing efforts for 75 video retail locations as VP of Advertising for a major video chain and also managed marketing for five Kenny Roger’s Roasters franchised locations.
