Kaña Cuban Coffee is based in Margate, Florida, but our roots and roasting style can be traced back to Havana, Cuba. Although our family has been roasting coffee for generations, we are a new kind of ‘cafetero’ [coffee roaster] that roasts coffee to achieve flavor profiles familiar to all Hispanic cultures, and appeal to all coffee lovers no matter their ethnicity. We specialize in coffees grown in Latin American countries, however we import beans from all over the globe to create some of the worlds finest coffees. Our coffee is slow roasted to achieve a deep dark roast with big bold tastes and smooth finishes. Our commitment to, and ‘amor’ [love] for our coffee can be experienced with every sip.

 

Kaña Cuban Coffee was founded, for the sole purpose of creating ‘café con sabor’ [coffee with flavor] that is supposed to be savored and enjoyed throughout the day with friends and family. This is the familiar coffee taste we grew up on drinking ‘café con leché’ [espresso with milk], cortaditos and coladas. This is old school flavor, with a new school feel. This is Kaña Cuban Coffee, ‘la nueva tradicion’ [the new tradition] in coffee.

 

Every coffee company out there claims to use the highest quality beans, maintain the highest ‘calidad’ [quality] standards and commitment to excellence. Well, we do too but that alone isn’t what makes us ‘diferente’ [different].

 

What makes us better is our ‘estilo’ [style] of roasting and blending. Our coffees are blended different than ANY other coffee. We roast with a ‘tradicional’ [traditional] Cuban style that allows us to get deep dark roasts without any bitterness or burnt aftertaste. Our signature Hialeah Blend™ was developed to taste like a true Cuban coffee, smooth and strong, that can be used for espresso or as a traditional drip.
